10 DAY RETURNS

We want your online shopping experience with us to be a happy one.

If the product ordered are found to be unsuitable and as long as your items are in their original condition and were purchased within 10 days, you can send them back to us.

To ensure you qualify for the refund please check that

• the items purchased in the last 10 days
• the items are in their original packing– this is part of the product
• the items are still in their original condition

Once you have checked this, pack the items you want to return into the original packaging.

Please make sure all returns are sent back within 10 days from the date of purchase.  We do not accept returns after the 10 day return period has ended.

The return will usually take up to 2-10 working days to get back to us depending on how you returned them.

You will get an email or phone call from us to let you know it arrived safely.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. We’ll notify you that the refund has been made. It will be credited back to the same credit card.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow approximately 1 to 7 business days for the funds to appear back into your account, depending on your bank
