When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account, keep you informed of service intervals and special offers.
How does Seeds & Cereals protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, to prevent unauthorised access. All of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption & security.
Credit Card Details, Storage and Transmission All credit card payments are processed securely through ANZ eGate™. Cardholders are re-directed from this Seeds & Cereals website to the ANZ eGate™ secure payment environment to enter their payment details. Seeds & Cereals does not store or process any credit card information on our website or servers.

After your purchase is complete, your order will be sent as soon as possible.
We start packing and sending your order as soon as possible after you purchase your product. This does mean we can get the order to you as fast as possible but it does also mean that once you have purchased, we will not be able to alter the address, or the purchase as it will already be in the system.
Authority to Leave At Your Address
If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, our couriers are authorised to leave the products at the address without a signature. In some circumstances, where the courier assesses that it’s not suitable, they may choose to leave a note in your post box to advise that the package will be left at the courier facility for collection.
If you do not authorise for your package to be left at the nominated address, please note it when you make your purchase.
