Black Hulless Barley contains approximately half the fiber content of hulled varieties with 1-2% more protein. Without the bulky fiber normally attached to hulled barley varieties, this variety is ideal for pigs. Seeds & Cereals Black Barley is softer than other forms of barley however it is at its best when crushed, boiled or soaked before feeding to pigs.
