Jivet is a late maturing tetraploid annual ryegrass used as a short term pasture and high-yielding silage/hay crop. It is very quick to establish, has excellent winter and spring performance and improved feed quality in spring. JIVET is an excellent option in good dryland or irrigated ground where the extension of spring summer growth is required. It has excellent disease tolerance and produces the high animal performance required for top end farming systems.
Sow rate: 10-15 kg/ha in mixtures, 20-30kg/ha alone
