Description
ABOUT POTATO FERTILISER:
Potato Fertiliser is a high-grade compound fertiliser with plant available nutrients in every granule. It also contains a full range of trace elements (Iron 2100ppm, Zinc 70ppm, Copper 19ppm, Manganese 110ppm) as well as magnesium and calcium. Both forms of nitrogen; nitrate nitrogen (4.0%) and ammonium nitrogen (8.0%) are used, the nitrate nitrogen is ideal for lawns sown in cooler soil temperatures. The high phosphate to nitrogen ratio encourages early root growth making it an ideal base fertiliser for potatoes. Potato Fertiliser has a near neutral effect on the soil pH, which is particularly important when using at sowing time.
Application Rates: 50-60g per metre of row place spread in a 4 to 6 inch band cross the bottom of the trench then add approx 1 inch of soil or compost over the top of the fertiliser before placing down the potato tuber.
Storage: Keep dry and out of the reach of children.
